Take 2!!

Animal Kingdom with a splash of Downtown Disney

Our scheduled Fastpass' were Dinosaur, Finding Nemo- The Musical & A Bug's Life. This was one of longest days because we decided to hang around Downtown Disney after we left the parks. Some of great things I enjoyed about Downtown Disney is that it's not as fast paced and busy and there are TONS of wonderful things to do on top of the fact the admission is FREE!!!

And once again the end Result......

My archenemy standing in the distance...

Hanging out with our Buddy Billy!!!

Next up was Finding Nemo- The Musical. Hubby was not to thrilled but he knew this is my all time favorite Disney Movie.

The show was AMAZING and after everything was said and done Hubby even admitted he enjoyed the show, even though it was a musical.

Meeting Dug & Russell!

Off topic but Dug was really soft!

Next we headed to a Bug's Life. While waiting in the Queue Line we snapped a few photos of the hidden animal sculptures.

Unfortunately when we got to the front of the line, we were told that Photography was not permitted once the doors of the theater were open.  So just try to imagine being in a HUGE dark theater and having "bugspray" squirted at you. Having ants crawling around your legs & being sprayed in the face by a very large Stink Bug and boom you've expierenced a Bugs Life. Once again NOT my cup of tea... Ahh the joys of having a son.

The Tree of Life ... With 3 Photopass photographers!
Normally these guys take our pictures however this time we snapped them.

A little background info on this tree...

1.   It is 14 stories high and 50 feet wide.

2.   NO it is NOT a real tree.

3.  It houses the theater in which a Bug's Life is featured

4. It is considered the icon of Animal Kingdom.

5.  Rendered after the Tree in "The Lion King"

Next we headed to Rainforest Cafe for dinner...
This is what we saw on the way!
 Awwww!!!

This was the best picture of the sign however this was taken at the one in Downtown Disney

Ok so the overall atmosphere of this restaurant was about a 4 on a 10 point scale while the food was about a 3. Once again just as at T-Rex I felt squashed in the middle of chaos.

I ordered the "Rasta Pasta"which is consists of grilled chicken, penne pasta, walnut pesto, broccoli, red peppers and spinach tossed with a garlic alfredo sauce.

DS ordered grilled cheese with apple sauce
and sweet potato fries. He enjoyed his meal before I thought to snap a picture.

My Hubband as ordered the Taste of the Wild served with coleslaw, fries, Flat iron steak and the Dynamite shrimp.

Next we headed to Downtown Disney ...

DS was completely terrified to stand near her.

Hidden Mickeys EVERYWHERE!!!

Making T-shirts in Downtown Disney..
Realized we goofed afterwards and should have switched Plan C with Plan B....

After our T-shirts were complete we decided to call it a night... and Prep for another day at Magic Kingdom!!!
